Refund policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Free Returns and Exchanges
    We offer 100% free returns and exchanges, even if the product has been used. Your satisfaction is our priority. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs since that is paid out to USPS for their services.

  2. 7-Day Return Window
    Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange EVEN if the product is unused.

  3. Try-On Friendly

    Go ahead and trim them, apply adhesive, and wear them—you can still return or exchange within the window.

    Fair-Use Limit (per style):
    If you bought multiples of the same style, only one (1) worn/used pair per style is eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • Additional worn/used pairs of that same style are not refundable/exchangeable.

    • Unopened pairs (any style) remain eligible.

      Examples

      • Bought 3 × "sinful" style and tried 2 → we'll accept 1 worn "sinful" for refund/exchange; the 2nd worn "sinful" isn't eligible. Any unopened "Sinful" is still eligible.

      • Bought 1 × "sinful" + 1 × "unapologetic" and tried both → 1 worn "Sinful" and 1 worn "Unapologetic" are each eligible (one per style).

  1. Return and Exchange Conditions

    • The item does not have to be returned in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  1. Refund Process
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  2. Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item, please let us know which product you would like instead. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately live on our chat with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items may be exempt from being returned. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated returns of multiple worn units of the same style).

What if my package is marked delivered but I can't find it?

We want you to love your wyld chics lashes and we know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing.

Please note that once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. We rely on the carrier's tracking data to confirm that we have fulfilled our part of the order.

However, we want to help you track it down! In most cases, the package is usually nearby. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors who might have held it for safekeeping.

  • Looking in "hidden" spots (behind planters, side doors, or bushes).

  • Verifying the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  • Contacting your local post office or carrier directly—they often have GPS coordinates of exactly where the package was dropped.
