Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Free Returns and Exchanges
   We offer 100% free returns and exchanges, even if the product has been used. Your satisfaction is our priority. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs since that is paid out to USPS for their services.

2. 14-Day Return Window
   Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange EVEN if the product is unused.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
   To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@wyldchics.com or using the live chat on our site. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Return and Exchange Conditions

   • The item does not have to be returned in its original packaging.
   • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. Exchanges
   If you need to exchange an item, please let us know which product you would like instead. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately live on our chat with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain items may be exempt from being returned. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
